On Sunday, March 23, former St. Augustine High School standout Frankie Carney’s current college team, the UC Irvine Anteaters, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.

The game took place at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Gauchos this season.

The Anteaters’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Dedeaux Field against USC Trojans.
