On Sunday, March 9, former St. Augustine High School standout Frankie Carney’s current college team, the UC Irvine Anteaters, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Long Beach State Beach.

The game took place at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Beach this season.

The Anteaters’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Stadium against UCLA Bruins.
