On Saturday, April 12, former Scripps Ranch High School standout Steven Lancia’s current college team, the UTRGV Vaqueros, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.

The game took place at UTRGV Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Vaqueros’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium against Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.
