On Saturday, March 29, former Cathedral Catholic High School standout Brooks Bachman’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 14-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Colorado Mines Orediggers.

The game took place at Jim Darden Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Orediggers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at The Diamond at The Bus Bergman Sports Complex against Adams State Grizzlies.
