On Saturday, March 29, former University City High School standout Kate Wiggins’ current college team, the Canisius Golden Griffins, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers.

The game took place at Our Lady of the Meadows. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Golden Griffins’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of the Meadows against Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers.
