Graduates earn 220 degrees, certificates from the California Institute of Arts & Technology

About 90.4 percent of the 220 degrees and certificates handed out by the California Institute of Arts & Technology in 2017-18 were to students in engineering technology and engineering-related fields programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Diego conferred 151 certificates and 48 associate's degrees in engineering technology and engineering-related fields programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in computer technology/computer systems technology. Data shows the school gave out 151 certificates in computer technology/computer systems technology, followed by 48 associate's degrees in computer technology/computer systems technology and 10 certificates in network and system administration/administrator.

The institute enrolled 530 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
