This is a guided meditation associated with the two-hour Meditation Techniques Instructional Course. Completion of the Meditation Techniques training course is required prior to participation in the guided practice meditation sessions, to allow participants to understand the meditation techniques and receive the full benefit of the practice.

This meditation practices is a powerful way to reconnect with our inner self and thereby experience the universal love and peace that is our true nature. When practiced with dedication, it brings about a natural integration of mind, body, and spirit.

By registering for this course, you confirm that you have read and understood the following statements:

I have read and understood the Disclosure Statement for the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAM) virtual course. I agree to keep the contents of the course and the handouts in confidence. This means that I WILL NOT share any materials or handouts with others, teach others the technique, or post IAM course information on any website or social media site including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc. I also understand that there is strictly no recording of the program; this includes taking photos, video recording, screen shots, audio recording, etc.

Yoga Postures: Please do not do any postures outside of a pain-free range of motion. This means that you should not strain yourself or any posture that might cause you pain or aggravate an existing injury or condition. In particular, if you have:

Neck injuries, do not perform those postures which put pressure on your neck or back.

Hypertension or any breathing disorder, do not do the fast breathing exercise. If you are pregnant, please do not do any of the exercises, but visualize them instead.

Confidentiality: We ask that you keep the contents of the Course and the handouts in confidence. The reason is to preserve the integrity of the teachings and methods. All of our instructors have been rigorously trained. If students with only a little experience try to teach the course, its integrity and effectiveness will be compromised.

No Photos or Recording: We request that no photos or recording of any type occur during the course. There is strictly no recording of the course. This includes taking photos, audio, or video recording, or screen shots.

Do not share online: I agree not to post the handouts or any part of the meditation on any website or on social media, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.
