On Sunday, February 11, former Ironwood Ridge High School standout Shelby Thompson’s current college team, the UC San Diego Tritons, lost 8-3 in their NCAA Division I game against the California Baptist Lancers.

The game took place in La Jolla, California. This was their first matchup against the California Baptist Lancers this season.

The Tritons’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, February 14 at 2:30 p.m. in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico against Clemson Tigers.
