In observance of Juneteenth, all San Diego County offices, family resource centers, libraries, and animal shelters will be closed to the public on Wednesday, June 19. Essential services such as law enforcement and emergency animal control response will continue uninterrupted.
County parks, campgrounds, and neighborhood day-use parks remain open year-round. However, certain locations will be closed on Wednesday. Camping reservations can still be made online through the County’s Online Camping Reservations web page; however, the Department of Parks and Recreation’s reservation phone line will not be staffed during the holiday.
All County public health clinics will also be closed on Wednesday. Normal business hours for all County offices will resume on Thursday, June 20.
