Residents in unincorporated areas of San Diego County can now report non-emergency storm damage using the "Tell Us Now!" app. This service allows individuals to report issues such as potholes, fallen trees, flooded roadways, and downed powerlines directly from their smartphones.

The app is available for both Apple and Android devices and supports Spanish for users with Spanish language settings on their phones. Once a report is submitted through the app, relevant County departments are notified promptly. If the issue falls outside the County's jurisdiction, users will be directed to the appropriate authority.

"The free app makes it easy to report these issues and track the progress of your report on your smartphone," stated a release from the San Diego County News Center.

In addition to reporting storm-related problems, residents can use the app for other non-emergency reports. The "Tell Us Now!" app is accessible via major app stores.

For more information or assistance, residents can contact the County Communications Office at communications@sdcounty.ca.gov or call 619-595-4633.
