On Sunday, March 9, former Cathedral Catholic High School standout Max Bayles’ current college team, the Santa Clara Broncos, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Longhorns.

The game took place at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. This was their third matchup against the Longhorns this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 4 p.m. at Stephen Schott Stadium against San Jose State Spartans.
