A program for high school students with disabilities is preparing them for the workforce while also helping exercise and socialize shelter animals, making them more likely to be adopted.

"County Animal Services Reports for Animal Heroes Duty," said a spokesperson from County Animal Services. "Spirit Fund Donations A Boon to A Lucky Dog."

The initiative aims to provide practical work experience for students, giving them valuable skills and opportunities. At the same time, it benefits the animals by increasing their chances of finding a permanent home.

Days are left for the "Clear the Shelters Special Deal," encouraging community members to adopt pets.
