All public offices in San Diego County will be closed on December 25th for the Christmas holiday. This includes family resource centers, library branches, and animal shelters. Despite these closures, essential services such as law enforcement and emergency animal control response will continue to operate.

County parks, campgrounds, and neighborhood day-use parks will remain open throughout the holiday season. However, specific locations will not be accessible on this day. Camping reservations can still be made online via the County’s Online Camping Reservations webpage. It should be noted that the Department of Parks and Recreation’s reservation phone line will not be available during the holiday.

Public health clinics operated by the county will also be closed on December 25th but are scheduled to reopen with normal business hours on December 26th.
