Census Bureau: More men than women in San Diego County in 2020

Of the 3,323,970 people living in San Diego County in 2020, 49.6 percent (1,649,458) were women and 50.4 percent (1,674,512) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Diego City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 58,895. In the 65 and over age range, there were 259,096 females and 208,641 males.
