The County of San Diego's Live Well on Wheels (LiveWoW) bus has been seen driving around town, providing residents with convenient access to various health and community services. The county operates two of these buses, offering support for programs such as CalFresh and Medi-Cal, as well as public health and behavioral health resources. These mobile offices aim to bring essential services directly to neighborhoods and local events.
For more information about the LiveWoW program, residents are encouraged to visit the County's official website.
In other news, the county is assisting with record-breaking CalFresh enrollments. Additionally, there have been reports of tuberculosis exposure at Mount Miguel High School (MMHS). The county has also received a new grant to bolster its fight against wage theft and is helping families prepare students for the upcoming school year through child support services.
Furthermore, poll workers are needed for the upcoming Presidential General Election. Residents can sign up for email updates from the County News Center to stay informed about these and other stories.
