Focusing on partnerships and youth mental health, the ninth annual Live Well Advance Conference & School Summit attracted nearly 2,000 attendees on November 21 at the San Diego Convention Center. Participants engaged in networking and shared best practices throughout the day. Various issues were discussed during breakout sessions, with a keynote panel addressing the evolving social media landscape and its impact on students, educators, and families.

The event is known for sparking new ideas, programs, and services that aim to create a healthier and safer San Diego region. It was organized by the County of San Diego in collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Education and Alliance Healthcare Foundation. The Prebys Foundation, California Schools VEBA, VEBA Elev8 Online Schools, Learn4Life High Schools, Rady Children’s Hospital, Blue Shield Promise Health Plan, AARP, and First 5 San Diego sponsored the cost-free conference.
