Senate Minority Leader Brian W. Jones, along with DEA officials and families affected by fentanyl poisoning, will unveil a new billboard in Fallbrook, California. The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 27th at 10 am. The billboard aims to raise awareness about the impact of fentanyl and its entry into the U.S. through the southern border.

The unveiling will take place near 4160 Mission Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028. This location was chosen due to its proximity to I-15 and Old HWY 395 intersection. Senate Minority Leader Jones will be available for interviews following the event.

"Every week, over 110 Californians lose their lives to fentanyl poisoning," stated organizers of the event. "This deadly drug is flooding into our state through the southern border, with 98% of seized fentanyl entering the U.S. via the U.S.-Mexico Border."

The billboard features images of victims lost to fentanyl as a visual reminder of the crisis' human toll. Organizers hope it prompts public action against this growing issue.
